RPO "HCA" - an independent nonprofit organization created in 2009 in purpose of protection and representation of the rights and liberties of the members to organizations in all organ and institutions. The Main our problem provision to inviolability of the constitutional rights and liberties of the people from state arbitrariness official and other persons. Protection of the rights of the consumers, protection of the rights and interest owner vein are an additional directions to activity to organizations, but are not priority. We render the all-round help and support first of all member to our organizations. Rendering help to other persons is produced on discretion. The Organization does not give the outside parties information on member of the organizations without their consents. The Members to organizations can indicate about its accesories to organizations at own discretion. Entering in membership of the organizations is voluntary, but not free. The Decision on entering in organization must be realized. The Participation in activity and membership in our organizations is elite. We can refuse in entering each, without explanation of the reasons.
